If you have goals you are looking to achieve, one-to-one personal training can be a direct route to reaching your full potential, providing you with knowledge and guidance as well as tailored workouts specifically for your needs.
Working closely with you, I will ensure that you are kept on track and motivated from the beginning of our journey. We will set up regular training sessions and in between sessions you will be given targets for movement and exercise so that you know exactly what you need to do.
You will be guided through the safest and most effective way to complete each exercise, including stretches and mobility drills. We will address and improve upon any concerns with posture or movement, cover nutrition and macronutrients to fuel your workouts and change your body composition, and discuss other lifestyle factors which may improve your quality of life and fitness potential including sleep, stress and rest days.
Sessions are 60 minutes which will include a warm up and stretch off to ensure that you are safe at all times.
