My name is Aimee and I am a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist.
I have worked in commercial gyms and in private coaching, with a variety of clients with different goals, including men & women. I have had individuals wanting to lose weight, gain weight, increase muscle, increase mobility and balance, understand exercise, improve their aesthetic and many more. I love working with people who want to increase their confidence and discover what their bodies are capable of.
I know that getting fit is not easy, and there is so much pressure from social media to look a certain way - trust me - I've been that person who struggled with finding fun in exercise. Bodybuilding and resistance training has taught me so much about my own strength and ability to do more than I had imagined and it can help you too.
I utilise a variety of equipment and modes of training to help you to find your confidence in exercise and get into shape.
